Tomas Palacios

Born in Chile and now based in San Carlos, Sonora, is a photographer and a experience diver.  

Through underwater photography, he explores the Sea of Cortez. He has collaborated with the Mexican Navy (SEMAR), supporting the documentation of the Sistema de Arrecife Artificial Sonorense (SAAS).
